This not only ensured their capital investments were protected, but also the longevity of their expensive commercial kitchen appliances and hot water systems. In a restaurant setting, water use is constant. As a result, the quality of the water used in cooking and cleaning can impact everything from the water marks on cutlery and glassware to the flavour of beverages like coffee and tea.
