Our client required very high quality water with enhanced microbial control. Short order cycles and rigorous quality standards are required due to the health concern of manufacturing 85,000 tailored prescriptions for ophthalmic lenses each week. On the skid, a water softener was installed to protect the Reverse Osmosis membrane and so extend the asset’s life.
